Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Protection Controls 6642-VB-M2101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pyle-National products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quality-Micro-System parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 R-W product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pyle-National such as the JWPLD86046PR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 117000702 manufactured by Quality-Micro-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Quality-Micro-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BKL80923542 by Manufacturer R-W as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has B--R-Automation Brand 5A501002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pulsestar such as JRX14cs458 equipment made by Pulsestar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pulsestar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pulsestar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PS3250L532ME made by Prosoft as well as the popular PC420A original spares produced by Pulizzi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3411A by Quipp and JRX14cs458 spares by Pulsestar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ALI2224 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pruftechnik.
